ROTARY PRETORIA EAST’S CHARITY GOLF DAY: 16^TH  APRIL 2012

The Rotary Club of Pretoria East is again holding a golf day on the 16^TH April 2012 at Zwartkop Country Club Pretoria.

What is Rotary? Rotary is a service organization of businesses and professional people united worldwide who conduct humanitarian projects, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations and work toward world understanding and peace. Rotary is approximately 1.2 million service minded people belonging to over 29 000 clubs in more than 160 countries.

Our objective is to raise funds for a very worthy project. The funds needed are for the annual trip to take the disabled Meerhof School children to the Kruger National Park for a week.  Our club has been doing it now for the past 47 years.

Rotarians give of their own time and vehicles but funds are required for fuel, toll gates, entrance fees, camp fees, food and beverages. This is the longest running Rotary project in South Africa.

It would be greatly appreciated if you or your company could support us with one of the following:

ENTRY OF A FOURBALL

You may enter a team of 4 players at R2500-00 per team. This includes all green fees, GOLF CARTS (Limited availability – kindly book through Miemie,0828505624) halfway snack, dinner and prize giving.

SPONSORSHIP OF HOLES

You may sponsor any hole of your choice. Advertising material to be supplied 5 working days prior to golf day. Holes available are as follows:

Watering Holes            R2000-00 ea plus refreshments

Rest of holes               R1000-00 ea except 9^th and 18^th

DONATION OF PRIZES (anything welcome!)

Longest Drive       :  18^th Hole

Nearest to the Pin    All 4 Par 3 Holes

Numerous other worthwhile prizes
